Unit has a damaged ignition and steering column and unit starts with a screwdriver.  Unit runs rough and does not stay running-tow out

Exterior has damage to front bumper and windshield is cracked. Brake dust on rear fenders. Interior heavily stained and worn

Top of motor is oily covered

This is a financial institution repossession
