Exterior has a few rust areas, scratches, scrapes and dings

Mileage reads 130,881

Mileage on title reads “Not Actual Mileage”, due to lienholder error. The Secretary of State has denied the request to revise/change. To the best of our knowledge, this staus will remain with vehicle for its duration.

Unit runs but will not shift/move*  --tow out

This is a financial institution repossession
